What you will do

  • Support end-users with daily technical needs and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and manage office infrastructure, AV systems, and endpoints.
  • Document, track, and monitor issues using ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to implement standardized processes.
  • Contribute to the stability of enterprise services like Google Workspace, Zoom, and O365.

Requirements

  • English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Netanya.
  • 2-3 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Experience managing endpoints (primarily Mac, some Windows).
  • Knowledge of basic networking, switching (VLAN), routing, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with audiovisual systems support for events and meetings.
