What you will do
- Support end-users with daily technical needs and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and manage office infrastructure, AV systems, and endpoints.
- Document, track, and monitor issues using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement standardized processes.
- Contribute to the stability of enterprise services like Google Workspace, Zoom, and O365.
Requirements
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Netanya.
- 2-3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience managing endpoints (primarily Mac, some Windows).
- Knowledge of basic networking, switching (VLAN), routing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with audiovisual systems support for events and meetings.
