What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve IT hardware issues to ensure continuous data center support.
• Install, upgrade, and dismantle hardware based on operational requests and requirements.
• Manage and maintain the connectivity of fiber optic cables and patch cords.
• Execute and monitor regular IT tasks to improve infrastructure operations.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) following established procedures.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years old by the internship start date.
• Valid work authorization for the specific location is required (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong foundational knowledge of IT data center operations, networking, and hardware.
• Availability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 8 weeks.
