What you will do
- Provide day-to-day IT support to end-users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage and maintain office infrastructure, including networking, routing, DNS/DHCP, and security.
- Support audiovisual systems for business events, live streaming, and remote meetings.
- Maintain and troubleshoot endpoint devices with a focus on macOS and Windows environments.
- Document and track support requests through ticketing systems to ensure swift resolution.
- Contribute to global IT standardization and project execution across IL & APAC regions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience managing endpoints, specifically macOS and Windows.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including VLAN, switching, and routing.
- Familiarity with corporate IT services like Google Workspace, Zoom, O365, and Slack.
- English fluency is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
