What you will do

• Facilitate and monitor OSAT forecasts, product WIP movement, and raw material inventories.
• Manage production pull-ins and secure available capacities against customer demands.
• Coordinate production ramps and resolve delivery issues via on-site visits to OSAT suppliers.
• Assist yield enhancement teams in managing engineering WIP and subsequent manufacturing steps.
• Track and report OSAT cycle time and product delivery on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Support Foundry RMA execution and New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, supply chain, or business.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing planning.
• Strong data analysis and executive communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Expertise in IC package assembly processes and industry packaging trends.
• Previous experience with WLCSP or related bumping technology assembly.
• Knowledge of statistical and design software such as JMP, AutoCAD, or Gerber/PCB design.
• Familiarity with SAP for WIP inventory and hold lot management.
• Advanced degree in an engineering field.
