What you will do

• Manage sourcing constraints to ensure accurate demand allocation and supply planning.
• Perform spend analysis across suppliers to identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Lead value-added engineering (VAE) projects to source alternate suppliers and manufacturing sites.
• Identify and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency and lower manufacturing costs.
• Lead sourcing efforts and negotiate technical details, BOMs, and processes with suppliers.
• Analyze capacity limitations and supply-demand gaps to support strategic planning.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of the backend semiconductor industry (fresh graduates are considered).
• Experience in cost analysis, spend reporting, or sourcing operations.
• Understanding of supply chain planning and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to translate large datasets into actionable business insights.
