What you will do

• Perform comprehensive bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure pinpoint accuracy.
• Streamline document management utilizing Dex and HubDoc.
• Prepare timely and precise Business Activity Statements (BAS).
• Provide critical financial insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Xero, Dex, and HubDoc.
• Deep understanding of Australian tax regulations, specifically BAS.
• Must be located in Australia for initial on-site training before transitioning to remote work.
• Availability to start between 9am - 10am Brisbane time (AEST).
• Hardware requirement: Dual-monitor setup and up-to-date antivirus software.
• Strong communication skills to translate financial data for non-experts.
