What you will do

• Manage budgeting for personal expenses and income/expenses of privately used assets.
• Execute payments via credit cards, bank accounts, and crypto wallets for Family Office staff and UBO.
• Perform monthly accounting of personal expenses in ERP and report plan vs actuals.
• Communicate with contractors regarding agreements, documentation, and reconciliation of payables/receivables.
• Manage means of payment, including limits, custody, and validity of powers of attorney.
• Support corporate treasury functions and improve personal expenditure accounting processes.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Experience in end-to-end banking operations, multi-currency payments, and reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, expense classification, and month-end discipline.
• Experience with ERP systems and confidence using crypto wallets (networks, security).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience in travel support and business assistance.
