What you will do

• Own end-to-end billing processes across multiple entities and regions, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent invoicing aligned with contractual terms.
• Lead the collections process, proactively managing outstanding invoices, reducing DSO, and serving as the primary point of contact for all billing and payment-related client inquiries.
• Optimize billing systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sequence) and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and build scalable processes that support company growth.
• Ensure all invoicing complies with local tax regulations and fiscal requirements across jurisdictions, balancing standardization with country-specific requirements.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies proactively, partnering with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to address disputes efficiently and maintain client trust.
• Provide clear visibility into billing performance, collections status, and potential risks, enabling stronger financial decision-making and operational planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or accounting, ideally in multi-entity, multi-country environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end billing cycles, collections, reconciliation, and revenue operations in complex setups.
• Experience working across US, LATAM (including Brazil), APAC, or EMEA, with solid knowledge of local tax regulations and invoicing requirements.
• Hands-on experience with billing systems such as NetSuite, Sequence, or similar tools, with a focus on optimization and scalability.
• Strong communication and structured thinking, with the ability to partner effectively with clients, sales teams, and finance leaders.
• Full professional proficiency in English, plus Spanish or Portuguese.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms, advertising.
• Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
