What you will do

• Own collections and invoicing processes, managing LedgerUp to ensure accurate cash collection.
• Manage employee and company expense submissions through Brex, ensuring correct coding of spend.
• Oversee accounts payable operations using Ramp and Airwallex systems, including approval workflows and fraud detection.
• Lead payroll management and oversee the implementation of Rippling.
• Calculate, audit, and manage quarterly commission payments for the GTM organization.
• Ensure accurate quarterly investor reporting and drive automation across financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or generalist finance roles.
• Hands-on experience with operational finance workflows such as payments, invoices, receivables, and expense management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement.
• Interest in leveraging systems and automation to optimize recurring financial workflows.
