What you will do

• Manage and support the full tendering lifecycle from opportunity analysis to final submission.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Account Managers, and subject matter experts to build winning strategies.
• Draft, structure, and coordinate proposals, RFIs, pricing documents, and supporting materials.
• Ensure tenders are clearly written, bespoke, fully compliant, and commercially sound.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, tailor solutions, and build trust.
• Help refine bid processes and strategies based on performance and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in tendering for complex, multi-stakeholder projects (onshore/offshore).
• Proven ability to write and manage professional tender submissions, including pricing strategies.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms (Dutch & English preferred).
• Ability to manage and set deadlines, juggle priorities, and work calmly under pressure.
• Attention to detail, process-driven, and proactive mindset.
• Confident working with MS Office and CRM platforms.
