What you will do

  • Lead the team from the front by maintaining a high personal billing portfolio.
  • Drive sales performance through daily rhythm, coaching, and active pipeline management.
  • Accelerate revenue growth through a hunter mentality and land-and-expand client strategies.
  • Develop consultants through daily feedback on activity, client development, and delivery standards.
  • Strengthen forecasting accuracy and identify new business opportunities within the London market.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to build team culture and elevate overall performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in recruitment with strong personal billings.
  • Demonstrated experience in a hands-on leadership or senior consultative role.
  • Experience in contract-heavy markets and permanent recruitment.
  • Resilient, commercial mindset with the ability to influence and coach others.
  • Ability to work from the London office at least four days per week.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
