TL;DR
Sales Specialist - Account Growth (Fintech): Establishing 's presence in Qatar and supporting customers across Saudi Arabia by building client relationships and driving monetization of the platform. Focus on taking ownership, building strong client relationships, and growing with the company as it expands in the GCC region.
Location: Onboarding in the UAE, then relocation to Qatar is required.

What you will do
- Meet key performance indicators on monetization and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating partners on the value of the platform.
- Introduce, educate, and convert partners to ’s payments solution.
- Optimize listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
- Serve as a dedicated advisor for a pool of partner accounts, assisting them on their journey to product adoption.
- Advise partners on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide important product feedback to help enhance future releases.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous partner-facing role.
- Commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets.
- Proven experience in using and analyzing data and reporting effectively to improve commercial outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with people from across the business and build strong relationships.
- Arabic speaking is a mandatory requirement.
