What you will do

• Assist in developing the company CRM strategy for Stake’s markets.
• Execute communications and content to enhance the user experience across all stages of the player lifecycle.
• Contribute to the CRM flywheel strategy by identifying the most effective formats and channels for optimal campaign delivery.
• Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategies.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote.
• Monitor and analyze results of email, SMS, and webpage pop-up campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Strong retention marketing knowledge.
• Passionate team player, able to collaborate across departments.
• Eye for detail, enhancing customer experience through clear, impactful communication.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with creative teams to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised, with strong prioritisation skills.

Nice to have

• Sports, Cryptocurrency and Gambling knowledge.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira.
