What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing non-strategic campaign issues and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign delivery plans, resource planning, and realistic project timelines.
• Write creative briefs, direct outputs, and facilitate brainstorms to align with client business objectives.
• Support new business processes, including pitching and proposal development.
• Monitor and analyze competitive activity and market trends to provide actionable insights for clients.
• Mentor and train junior account management team members to support their career progression.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience working within a PR, creative, or branding agency.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for diverse formats ranging from social media to press releases.
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in budget management and multitasking.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms including TikTok, Meta, X, and Google.
• Must be living in Sydney, Australia.
• Passionate about client relations and new business development.
