Salary: $133,472 to $200,456

What you will do

• Lead customer complaint investigations using structured problem-solving methods.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage failure analysis requests and communicate findings clearly and professionally.
• Monitor field return trends, reliability indicators, and customer quality metrics.
• Drive systemic improvements to reduce defects, improve robustness, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to strengthen process controls and test coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in semiconductor quality, product engineering, reliability, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, wafer fabrication, assembly/test processes, and reliability mechanisms.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and statistical methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting automotive, industrial, or high reliability customers.
• Familiarity with FA techniques and reliability testing.
• Background in customer-facing roles or account support.
