Salary: $95,000 - $237,500

What you will do

• Ensure products meet organizational and customer quality and integrity requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective measures.
• Review SOWs, RFPs, design plans, and test procedures to ensure scope and requirement alignment.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and mitigate future defects.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
• Assist in improving manufacturing and process efficiency to reduce nonconforming products.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in quality engineering or related engineering roles.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
