TL;DR

Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations (SaaS): Driving strategic initiatives focused on scaling the unified Travel & Spend (T&S) product with an accent on operationalizing the Go-To-Market strategy and equipping the Post Sales organization. Focus on leveraging data and commercial acumen to identify and execute commercial initiatives supporting revenue strategic objectives.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona or London. Must be based within commuting distance of either hub. Relocation assistance available.

What you will do

  • Leverage data and customer understanding to identify and run commercial initiatives supporting revenue strategic objectives.
  • Build a successful and scalable Travel & Spend post-sales structure.
  • Refine customer escalation paths with product and define the perfect Travel & Spend QBR.

Requirements

  • Direct Commercial Experience: 5+ years of work experience in GTM roles, ideally in commercial management roles at high-growth startup environments.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker).
  • Bias for Action: Enjoys driving tangible outcomes in a fast-paced, commercial, and ambiguous environment.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Can effectively partner with and influence stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for sales teams and customers.
