What you will do

• Collaborate with business leaders to define how data can drive strategic goals and uncover new opportunities.
• Identify high-impact use cases and data initiatives that generate measurable value.
• Translate business needs into well-defined, measurable projects and technical data requirements.
• Conduct initial ad-hoc analysis, including SQL queries and exploratory analysis in Looker.
• Provide expert advice to business stakeholders on data availability and interpretation of data insights.
• Drive data literacy and adoption within the business unit, coaching teams on integrating data into decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in developing business data strategies and identifying high-impact data initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL queries and data exploration tools like Looker.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between business needs and technical requirements.
• Ability to triage and prioritize ad-hoc requests, escalating to appropriate data teams when needed.
• Experience in providing data consulting and driving data literacy within a business unit.
• Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
