- Exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests.
- Answer customer requests as their trusted travel advisor, providing innovative solutions.

Requirements
- Native or fluent level of English.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, whether retail or call center.
- Proficiency with technology and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Performance-driven with a strong customer-first mentality.
- Great problem-solving skills and relish discovering solutions.
- Comfortable with an office-based environment and shift flexibility.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting customers via email, live chat, and phone.
- Experience working with KPIs and metrics, specifically with a focus on quality.
