TL;DR

Technical Consultant: Leading and managing the technical work stream of internal implementation projects with an accent on complex system configurations and seamless data flow between hirify.global and third-party enterprise systems. Focus on providing expert guidance, troubleshooting integration challenges, and improving technical documentation.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona, Munich, or Zurich.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the technical work stream of hirify.global implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrating hirify.global with enterprise systems, including ERP and HR solutions.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and sFTP to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, providing expertise throughout the implementation.
  • Improve technical documentation and participate in beta testing of new connectors.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS architectures and integration capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience integrating SaaS solutions with enterprise systems such as ERPs and HR tools.
  • Proficiency in API-based integrations (SOAP & REST) and secure data exchange methods (sFTP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for engaging with enterprise customers.
  • German and English language skills are mandatory.
  • Basic project management skills to ensure successful onboarding and timely delivery of technical aspects.

Nice to have

  • Experience in functional consulting related to finance, ERP systems, and infrastructure elements such as FTP.
  • Expertise in the spend management domain.
