What you will do

• Partner with leaders to co-create people priorities aligned with business goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations on people topics across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, enabling them to lead effectively.
• Implement and manage key people processes, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Shape the employee experience, acting on feedback and building a positive culture.
• Co-deliver change management activities, ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in a People Partner role, partnering with fast-growing tech companies.
• A track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and change management.
• A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills.
• A commercial approach to people work, with a focus on impact, data, and action.
• Comfort operating across regions and time zones, with experience partnering with international teams.
