What you will do
- Partner with leaders to co-create people priorities aligned with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on people topics across the employee lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, enabling them to lead effectively.
- Implement and manage key people processes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Shape the employee experience, acting on feedback and building a positive culture.
- Co-deliver change management activities, ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation.
Requirements
- Experience in a People Partner role, partnering with fast-growing tech companies.
- A track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and change management.
- A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills.
- A commercial approach to people work, with a focus on impact, data, and action.
- Comfort operating across regions and time zones, with experience partnering with international teams.
