Location: Hybrid, based within commuting distance of hirify.global hubs. Relocation support available to one of the hubs.

What you will do

• Lead mid-complexity onboarding projects for SMB Travel & Spend customers, primarily in French-speaking regions.
• Drive adoption and activation by applying change management and financial understanding to help customers realise value quickly.
• Configure Travel & Spend setups, including policies, standard workflows, approval flows, and per diems.
• Coordinate stakeholders across finance, HR, IT, and travel management to ensure alignment and clarity on objectives.
• Support ERP integrations such as Spend Export File, DATEV, and Xero, troubleshooting as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, driving early booking and expense activity and leaving customers confident using the platform.

Requirements

• French working proficiency is essential, as you’ll communicate with French-speaking customers and stakeholders daily.
• Solid experience in customer-facing roles, with hands-on ownership of onboarding or implementation work in a structured environment.
• Experience coordinating projects or workstreams, ideally within implementation or onboarding contexts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align internal teams and customers around shared goals.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the adaptability to tackle challenges proactively.
