What you will do

• Partner with prospective clients to design impact-driven learning and development strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to create compelling presentations, proposals, and workshops.
• Lead discovery workshops to operationalize talent priorities through the company's coaching offerings.
• Design and implement engagement strategies to scale adoption across large global organizations.
• Advise on and execute measurement strategies to evaluate the ROI of coaching initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Insights and Marketing teams to track and report client business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, L&D consulting, or Solutions Consulting roles.
• Strong experience leading consultations and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in international business environments.
• Consultative, collaborative, and highly motivated approach to problem-solving.
• Capacity to lead and encourage other team members effectively.
