What you will do
- Accountable for the effective delivery of high-risk, complex products across the entire life cycle.
- Influence and define paths to meet commercial aims in collaboration with Product Managers and Technical Leads.
- Optimize delivery flow for one or multiple squads while addressing complex risks and dependencies.
- Coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices, acting as a role model and advocate for continuous improvement.
- Identify and challenge complex organizational processes to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders at all levels to facilitate discussions on high-risk projects.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Extensive professional experience in Agile and Lean practices, with appropriate certification (e.g., Scrum Alliance, PMI, Kanban University).
- Proven track record of delivering products through iterative and continuous delivery approaches.
- Ability to operate in complex stakeholder and technology environments.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with experience mentoring other delivery managers.
