What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region, supported by marketing and sales development teams.
- Run impactful, solution-focused product demos and take ownership of the full sales cycle.
- Understand prospect needs and communicate how adds value to their business.
- Keep the sales pipeline organized and up-to-date in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing to boost brand awareness and refine the lead qualification process.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to demonstrate the value proposition.
Requirements
- Native-level German and high fluency in English.
- Proven success in a sales-driven role, especially in a phone-based environment.
- Solid understanding of B2B solution selling.
- Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- A strong team player who also thrives when working independently.
- Legal authorization to work in Switzerland.
