What you will do
- Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound prospecting activities to drive pipeline development.
- Recruit, train, and mentor SDRs to achieve personal and team objectives.
- Implement and optimize sales development playbooks and processes.
- Measure performance against KPIs and provide recurring 1:1 coaching.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop effective communication messaging.
- Coordinate work with external SDR agencies and integrate new sales technologies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SDR experience in SaaS startups with a proven track record.
- 2+ years in B2B sales management or leadership roles.
- Experience in building and managing an SDR team.
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo).
- Native English proficiency.
- Ability to work US hours from the London office.
