What you will do

• Manage candidates throughout the hiring funnel, from application to offer.
• Publish and update vacancies, managing job boards.
• Coordinate the interviewers team, including scheduling and communication.
• Maintain trackers and monitor hiring performance metrics.
• Communicate with candidates and support them throughout the process.
• Collaborate with onboarding and supply teams to ensure smooth pipeline flow.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• English level: B2+ (both written and spoken).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ATS / CRM systems.
• Previous experience in EdTech or high-volume hiring environments.
• Understanding of the full hiring lifecycle and basic metrics.
