TL;DR

Senior Inside SDR (hirify.global Events): Driving growth for hirify.global Events within the existing client base, focusing on deepening relationships and converting accounts into repeat-event buyers. Focus on identifying untapped event potential, building trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth handovers to the hirify.global Events conversion team.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs. Relocation support available to one of hirify.global's hubs.

hirify.global is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management, automating travel bookings, expenses, and invoice processing.

What you will do

  • Conduct discovery conversations with existing hirify.global account contacts to uncover current events spend and unmet needs.
  • Map stakeholder landscapes within accounts, identifying MICE and events budget owners and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline sourced from existing hirify.global accounts, tracked in Salesforce.
  • Articulate hirify.global Events value proposition and MICE capability to account stakeholders at all levels.
  • Act as the bridge between existing commercial account relationships and the events/MICE proposition.
  • Report weekly on activity metrics, pipeline health, and pipeline generation against target.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a business development, account growth, or sales role within the events SaaS space, corporate travel management company (TMC), events agency, or hospitality group.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within an existing account base through outbound prospecting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to build rapport quickly and influence without authority.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, to a professional business standard.
  • Experience working in European and/or North American markets.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and comfortable with pipeline reporting.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the applicable location.

Nice to have

  • Other languages desired: German, French.
  • Understanding of the MICE landscape, including incentive travel, corporate conferencing, venue sourcing, and event logistics.
  • Understanding of procurement cycles and how large organizations plan and budget for events.
