Senior Business Travel Consultant (GDS): Managing end-to-end business travel arrangements for strategic clients on the platform with an accent on complex ticketing and GDS proficiency. Location: Must be based in Massachusetts, Illinois, Florida, New Jersey, or New Hampshire. Initial one-week onboarding required at the Chicago office.
Salary: $58,000 – $72,000

What you will do
- Manage international and domestic travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations for strategic B2B clients.
- Maintain GDS queues and ensure accuracy in complex reissuing of tickets.
- Communicate with clients professionally via live chat, phone, and email to provide travel solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct quality checks on their work.
- Maintain high satisfaction standards by proactively identifying and resolving client needs.
- Collaborate with the team to meet defined service level agreements.
Requirements
- Must possess expert knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, or similar GDS systems with autonomous reissuing capabilities.
- Must be based in Massachusetts, Illinois, Florida, New Jersey, or New Hampshire.
- Experience in air fares and professional ticketing for corporate travel.
- Fluency in English is essential for client communication.
- Familiarity with North American business culture and customer service expectations.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM including weekends.
