What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, tracking and resolving issues to ensure high-level satisfaction.
• Lead campaign design, media strategy, and buying operations to meet marketing objectives.
• Partner with clients to align business issues and goals with hirify.global's strategic capabilities.
• Oversee reporting and analytics to monitor daily campaign performance and impact.
• Manage a team of Senior Analysts and Analysts while coordinating with cross-functional internal teams.
• Lead on-site and remote client strategy meetings to present findings and guidance.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising account management or marketing strategy.
• Proven ability to lead client relations and manage multifunctional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent listening, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Bachelor’s degree with a relevant major.
• Experience in yield optimization or brand management.
