What you will do

  • Manage and optimize digital travel advertising campaigns to ensure client goals are met.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key agency and corporate partners.
  • Lead the client onboarding process to set expectations and establish immediate trust.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, ad operations, and data teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Proactively monitor client experience to mitigate churn and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in programmatic or digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as Display, CTV, Facebook, Meta, or SEM.
