Location: Netanya, Israel. The role follows a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for agency and direct clients, providing strategic consulting on industry trends and best practices.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including setup, delivery, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Ad Operations, Product, and BI, to ensure high-quality client experiences.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to improve campaign results and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving commercial growth.
  • Proficiency in English and Hebrew required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.

Nice to have

  • Experience in native discovery or performance marketing.
  • Background in export or international marketing.
  • Prior experience in Sales or related commercial roles.
