What you will do
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of VIP managers across multiple regions.
- Develop and implement scalable loyalty programs and VIP lifecycle protocols.
- Drive core KPIs including VIP retention, LTV, and direct sales growth.
- Optimize CRM methodologies to ensure proactive, tailored service for top-tier customers.
- Collaborate on sales processes to maximize revenue across global markets.
- Analyze performance metrics and reporting to refine VIP service strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2C VIP management and sales.
- 3+ years of experience in a hands-on management position.
- Mother tongue level English proficiency is required.
- Background in VIP B2C environments within industries like gaming, social casino, or forex is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with CRM and reporting systems.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Arabic or other additional languages.
