What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a distributed team of VIP managers across multiple regions.
  • Develop and implement scalable loyalty programs and VIP lifecycle protocols.
  • Drive core KPIs including VIP retention, LTV, and direct sales growth.
  • Optimize CRM methodologies to ensure proactive, tailored service for top-tier customers.
  • Collaborate on sales processes to maximize revenue across global markets.
  • Analyze performance metrics and reporting to refine VIP service strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2C VIP management and sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in a hands-on management position.
  • Mother tongue level English proficiency is required.
  • Background in VIP B2C environments within industries like gaming, social casino, or forex is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience managing distributed or remote teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with CRM and reporting systems.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Arabic or other additional languages.
