What you will do

• Lead the selection, implementation, and scaling of a centralized AI orchestration platform across all functional groups.
• Design and operationalize an AI-powered software factory to accelerate development cycles, code generation, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into requirements definition, user story creation, and business logic.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies to embed AI into daily workflows across Sales, R&D, and Support.
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI integration within core solutions and third-party technology ecosystems.
• Drive customer support efficiencies through AI-enabled ticket routing and predictive churn identification.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology, operations, or product transformation roles.
• Proven track record in selecting and implementing AI orchestration layers at scale.
• Deep understanding of AI-enabled development environments and code factory models.
• Strong background in product management, specifically using AI to accelerate requirement gathering and documentation.
• Ability to work in the US or Canada, with a preference for Eastern Time zone alignment.
• Exceptional leadership and influence skills to drive cross-functional transformation without direct authority.

• Professional experience within the healthcare, RCM, or enterprise SaaS industries.
