What you will do

• Own and optimize the deployment playbook for Fin AI agents.
• Conduct discovery sessions to analyze current tech stacks and support operations.
• Develop tailored deployment plans and change management methodologies for customers.
• Analyze customer data to improve automation, resolution rates, and CX scores.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to test alpha/beta features and provide feedback.
• Guide the Success and Solutions organization in developing scalable best practices.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Agents and generative AI.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with customer support workflows and knowledge management.
