What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered features directly into the production MedicatOne platform.
• Integrate modern LLM services and build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Work with large-scale healthcare data, schemas, and analytics frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend engineering to ensure scalable system architecture.
• Optimize AI workflows for reliability, performance, and data security.
• Establish best practices for AI development and platform-level integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production SaaS systems.
• Proven track record building and deploying AI, ML, or LLM-based features in production.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and handling large structured datasets.
• Deep understanding of LLM API integration, RAG strategies, and vector databases.
• Must have work authorization in the United States and be based in the US.
• Experience with healthcare data environments and familiarity with HIPAA/PHI compliance.
