TL;DR

Senior AI Deployment Architect (AI): Driving successful implementations of AI-first customer support solutions with an accent on deployment strategy, playbook optimization, and change management. Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a hybrid policy requiring 3 days per week in the office. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $157,500–$188,125

What you will do

  • Optimize and scale the deployment playbook for AI agents across the customer base.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions to map customer tech stacks and support queries for automation.
  • Develop tailored deployment plans and change management strategies for support organizations.
  • Analyze performance data to drive improvements in resolution rates and customer experience scores.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to refine deployment best practices.
  • Pressure test alpha and beta product features and provide actionable feedback to the product team.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex client projects simultaneously.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with AI agents or generative AI technologies.
  • Understanding of RESTful API integrations.
  • Experience with customer support workflows, ticketing systems, and knowledge management.
