Accountant

What you will do

• Maintain and update the general ledger while ensuring compliance with local standards.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes in NetSuite.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing procedures.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
• Prepare mandatory tax filings including VAT, VIES, and SAF-T.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to the Head of Finance CEE.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Mandatory proficiency in NetSuite ERP and Advanced Excel.
• Fluency in English is essential for international collaboration.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be located in Bucharest or able to work in a hybrid setup in Romania.
• Knowledge of Romanian fiscal regulations and tax compliance.
