What you will do

• Define and refine global procurement strategies and policies to ensure consistency and mitigate financial risk.
• Lead global category management, including SaaS, professional services, marketing, and real estate.
• Oversee P2P and CLM systems like Coupa, Basware, and Ironclad to optimize operational workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Cloud Economics teams to resolve contract issues and align budgets.
• Mentor and lead a global procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Negotiate complex vendor contracts, identifying consolidation opportunities to maximize organizational value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a global environment.
• Deep expertise in Business Technology (IT/MIS) and corporate procurement functions.
• Strong background with procurement systems and ERPs like NetSuite or MS Dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale corporate negotiations and real estate strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior leadership and cross-functional peers.

Nice to have

• Professional procurement certifications such as CIPS or MCIPS.
• Previous experience working within a public or large-scale global company.
