Publisher Account Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new website and app publishers through tailored pitches and partnership negotiations.
• Grow and manage publisher partnerships across Taiwan & Hong Kong.
• Own day-to-day account management, performance monitoring, and operational coordination.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners to drive long-term growth.
• Partner with the APAC supply team to implement optimization and growth strategies.
• Act as a key contributor to regional expansion initiatives and new market opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Media, preferably in Publisher Development, SSPs, Ad Networks, Publishers, or Ad Platform Sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial communication skills.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, video, supply-side dynamics).
• Existing network of digital publishers and/or app owners is a strong advantage.
• English and Mandarin fluency for Taiwan/HK publisher communication.
