Salary: $85,000 – $107,000

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical and functional advisor for financial reporting, audit, and compliance workflows.
• Lead implementation and optimization of multiple product suites to align technical architecture with customer business goals.
• Conduct discovery and in-depth technical assessments to resolve non-standard accounting scenarios.
• Deliver professional demonstrations and guide customers through complex system configurations.
• Document technical objectives and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Collaborate on special projects and participate in industry conferences and webinars.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, supporting, or managing SaaS software.
• Advanced technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional experience in public accounting, government finance, or ERP software is required.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Texas CPA license.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience working in local government organizations.
• Experience in professional services or technical support roles.
