• Manage multiple client engagements throughout the year.
• Communicate audit issues to engagement managers and client leaders.
• Contribute to the development and execution of audit strategies from planning to reporting.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction.
• Apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures to draft financials.
• Support remote-first operations and paperless workflows.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting across various industries.
• Licensed CPA or currently in the process of obtaining the CPA license.
• Experience auditing complex accounts such as inventory, revenue, and equity/stock options.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize research into actionable deliverables.
