What you will do
- Lead and guide key operational activities across the Renewals and Customer Success teams.
- Drive annual planning, forecasting, and business process optimization.
- Deliver high-quality business intelligence to stakeholders, including the executive team and FP&A.
- Support the VP of Customer Success and provide guidance.
- Lead a high-performing team of operational leads.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and implement operational processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years leading renewals operations, customer operations, or leading a renewals team and/or customer success team.
- 6+ years leading a team.
- 6+ years working for enterprise software companies.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or Math; MBA highly desired.
- Analytical thinker and creative problem solver.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
