Salary: $97,300 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Revenue Architects.
• Design and execute revenue transformation strategies for Financial Services and Healthcare clients.
• Oversee the mapping of customer processes to AI-driven workflows.
• Drive adoption initiatives to embed hirify.global into daily team rhythms.
• Quantify business outcomes to demonstrate ROI and strategic value.
• Own the aggregate renewal strategy and partner with cross-functional leaders to increase NDR.

Requirements

• 2+ years of direct people management experience in B2B SaaS (CS, AM, or Professional Services).
• 6–10+ years of total experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience working with Financial Services or Healthcare customers is required.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on tracking team-wide KPIs.
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations.
