Salary: $146,000–$209,000 + equity and bonus

What you will do

• Lead and evolve a regional professional services team of Architects and Engineers.
• Manage the entire customer deployment lifecycle to ensure high value and adoption of hirify.global products.
• Develop prescriptive outcome-based proposals and negotiate MSAs and SOWs.
• Drive key business metrics including PS Bookings, team utilization, and revenue growth.
• Identify and resolve project risks and escalations across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align on delivery strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• Significant professional services leadership background in enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience overseeing service delivery within a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• Extensive experience in building, managing, and developing remote technical teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for high-level executive engagement.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business metrics and professional services operations.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the API or Open Source space.
