TL;DR

Engagement Manager (SaaS): Managing the entire engagement lifecycle for strategic Enterprise customers with an accent on project management, SOW execution, and delivery of the hirify.global platform. Focus on conducting discovery workshops, mitigating engagement risks, and ensuring seamless transition from presales to post-sales.

Location: Must be based in a hub location (Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco)

Salary: $149,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end implementations for strategic Enterprise hirify.global customers.
  • Manage multiple concurrent SOW-based projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to map customer use cases to the hirify.global platform.
  • Coordinate meetings both onsite and remotely according to professional services methodology standards.
  • Identify and mitigate engagement risks while controlling project scope.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post-sales.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Project Management experience focusing on time, cost, scope, and risk management.
  • 4+ years of professional consulting experience, preferably in Enterprise software.
  • Must be located in one of the following hubs: Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco.
  • Strong CRM experience or knowledge, specifically Salesforce.com or Dynamics.
  • Proven ability to influence change and interface effectively at a senior level within customer organizations.
  • Bachelor's Degree and willingness to travel.
