Location: Sunnyvale, CA / Bellevue, WA. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.

Salary: $143,000 to $210,000

What you will do

• Spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives and build robust supplier relationships.
• Ensure supply chain resilience by developing diverse sourcing options.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations, RFQs/RFPs, and business awards.
• Own and implement Master Supply Agreements and statements of work.
• Drive commercial engagements for prototype sourcing and development to support seamless transitions from NPI to mass production.
• Propose and implement supply chain enhancements to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain and related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis.

• Master's degree in a technical, engineering field, or Business Administration.
• You love to build strategic supplier partnerships, lead complex negotiations, and drive sourcing decisions that improve cost, quality, and supply resilience.
