What you will do

• Support the end-to-end execution of founder-facing events in SF, NYC, and other key markets.
• Manage logistics prep, including RSVPs, communications, check-in, vendor coordination, and on-site setup.
• Capture live content and help create post-event recaps for social media, newsletters, and community updates.
• Source venues, vendors, and collaborative partners in key markets.
• Track attendance, budgets, and feedback across all events.
• Represent hirify.global in a polished, professional way at in-person activations and founder touchpoints.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for startups, venture, and the founder ecosystem.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working evenings or occasional weekends when events are scheduled.
• Located in or able to travel to major startup markets like SF or NYC.

Nice to have

• Content creation or social media experience (especially video or event recaps).
• Strong use of AI.
