What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of support specialists.
- Build communication infrastructure to unify a global network across 40+ countries.
- Develop and implement a proactive engagement strategy to increase community activity.
- Elevate and transform the existing support function into a genuine community.
- Foster a strong team culture and identity among expert specialists.
Requirements
- Experience in community management or support leadership.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage people.
- Must be based in San Francisco to support the hybrid work model.
