What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from initial lead engagement to closing deal funding.
• Consult with brokers and SME business owners to identify financing needs.
• Manage active deal pipelines ensuring consistent follow-up and process velocity.
• Apply a collections mindset to assess risk and ensure high-quality loan originations.
• Lead and structure the sales function, refining workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Act as a player-coach to guide team performance and improve conversion outcomes.

Requirements

• Senior sales experience within high-volume, short-term lending or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability in end-to-end sales execution and deal closing.
• Proven track record in a team lead or management capacity.
• Strong alignment to AEST business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) required.
• Independent contractor status: must provide own hardware and reliable internet.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills for managing independent pipelines.
